Find out how well your business is set up to grow
The IFBD Assessment helps you see where your company is strong, where it is still fragile and what deserves your attention first.
It looks at the way the business actually works — not how much revenue you make, how many people you employ or how ambitious your plans are.

Who is this assessment for?
It is designed for owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses who want a clearer view of how the company is being managed.
Your business is growing
You want to know whether the systems behind that growth are strong enough to keep up.
Too much still depends on you
You are involved in more decisions, customers or day-to-day problems than you think you should be.
You know things need to improve
There are many possible priorities, but it is not obvious which ones matter most right now.
Six parts of the business that need to work together
A company can be strong in one area and weak in another. The assessment makes those differences visible.
Strategic Direction
Is it clear where the business is going, what matters most and who owns the important priorities?
Revenue Engine
Can you generate demand, manage opportunities and win business through a process that can be repeated?
Customer System
Can the company consistently onboard, serve and retain customers without relying on a few individuals?
Operating Model
Are roles, responsibilities and important processes clear enough for the company to run consistently?
Leadership & Governance
Are decisions and accountability clear, or does too much still come back to the founder?
Financial & Investment Readiness
Do you have enough visibility over cash, performance and financial controls to make good decisions?

What you receive
The result is designed to help you decide what to work on next, not simply give you a number.
- an IFBD Score out of 100
- your maturity level
- a score for each of the six dimensions
- your diagnostic pattern
- your three main development priorities
- an initial 90-day direction
- a professional PDF report you can keep and discuss with your team
The score is not a grade.
It is a way to make the current management maturity of the business easier to see and discuss.
How it works
Describe how the business works today
For each question, choose the answer that best reflects current practice in your company.
Your answers are scored across six dimensions
The assessment also checks critical practices so that a high average cannot hide an important structural weakness.
You receive a focused result
You see the overall picture, the weakest areas and the priorities that should be considered first.
Answer for the business you have today
The assessment is most useful when the answers describe reality rather than intention.
If a process exists only sometimes, choose the lower answer. If you are unsure between two options, choose the lower one.
The goal is not to get the highest possible score. The goal is to get a useful picture of the company.
You do not need to prepare anything
You will be asked about management practices you already know: strategy, sales, customers, operations, leadership and finance.
At the end, we ask for your name and work email so your assessment can be saved and your result can be sent to you.
Your contact details and assessment responses are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
A self-assessment is the starting point
Your free result reflects the practices you report. It is useful for finding patterns and priorities, but it is not independently verified.
If you want an outside review, the IFBD Diagnostic Review goes through your answers with you, challenges assumptions where needed and turns the assessment into a reviewed diagnosis and focused 90-day development plan.
